Overview
The Yamaha MT-09 is the purest expression of the Dark Side of Japan. Powered by an 890cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, inline-three-cylinder Crossplane engine, it delivers 119 PS of raw, torque-rich performance through a 6-speed transmission with an Assist & Slipper clutch. The lightweight aluminium frame, fully-adjustable 41mm inverted forks, and revised rear monoshock deliver razor-sharp handling. Advanced electronics include a 5-inch TFT display with Garmin navigation, three ride modes, lean-sensitive traction control, and a third-generation quickshifter. For 2025, the MT-09 is available in Tech Black and the striking new Lightning Blue.
